Spring Clean Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions of the Free Spring Clean Promotion are as follows:

• The resident must be approved for a Home Care Package, and
• The resident must sign up with Baldwin Living HomeServe for the delivery of services under that package.

Or,

• The resident must refer someone who is approved for a Home Care Package, and
• That person signs with Baldwin Living HomeServe to deliver the services under that package

The spring clean involves a more detailed clean of a unit/home.  It could include cleaning exhaust fans, windows, ovens or fridge/freezers.  It would generally be for a 3 hour period.
