Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our Village Receptionist who will introduce you to our Village Manager. You will be offered coffee or tea and our Manager will give you an overview of the village, its facilities, and its lifestyle. This is an excellent opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the village, its amenities, and the costs involved. The manager will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the fees, services, and ongoing costs.
Next, you will be taken on a tour of the village facilities, which includes the community centre, pool, gym, dining, games room, library, and other communal areas. You will also have the chance to see some of the activities on offer, such as exercise classes, games, and social events. Where available, you will then be shown vacant units, which will give you an idea of the accommodation options on offer.
During the village tour you may have the opportunity to meet some of our residents. The residents will share their experiences and provide insights into life in the village.
